Thanks everyone for your input.  Job is done.  I used 3M Black Super Weatherstripping and Gasket Adhesive.  The 3M stuff was a little difficult to work with.  It seemed to start drying as soon as it exited the tube.  It did make the job go faster though.  I'm still picking the stuff off my fingers hours later.  Thanks again.
