[Healeys] mystery bracket

[S.Carr]

I thought I had photos of every bit of my car before disassembly, but I can’t find one showing this pair of brackets.  Nothing in the Moss catalog seems to match, and there are no illustrations in the factory parts list.  Undoubtedly chassis-related—but where?
