[Healeys] Is the list down or just us?

Related, I think: My dad had a heart attack in his 50s--wouldn't go to
the doctor for four days, until my mom insisted--a quintuple bypass a
decade later, colon cancer (surgery and ostomy bag) and throat cancer
(radiation). Through it all I never once heard him complain or feel
sorry for himself (except he told my mom he wouldn't go through the
throat cancer treatment again, which was brutal and had serious
aftereffects). Through it all, he managed to complete the restoration of
an old fire engine and donate it back to the FD from whence it came and,
of course, our 100M. After he died I asked my mom "What kept him going,
when many would have 'thrown in the towel'." She answered "He had things
he wanted to do." He made it to 87-and-a-half.

May we all have things we want to do.
