[Healeys] No directional or brake light

I can't get past the 75 degrees.  Zero and light snow here.

BN2 (100m) has sit for 6-8 weeks. Directional and brake lights worked then. 

75 degrees today, take a ride, no directional or brake lights! Headlight and
running lights work.

Suggested 1st diagnostics please!
