[Healeys] A rusty mess with a VIN #

Maybe a bit more than a Winter... if you're Lynn Martin of Forever
Healeys.  Lynn typically takes 6-7 months and 1,000 or less to do a car,
this one for example. Lynn took his time with this car and did
not rush, he's a one man restoration shop afterall (10/03/18 to 02/26/20).
