There nothing special about these and they can be cut out of 1/8" steel
plate. If you have a gacket set there should should be one to act as a
template.

A small detail, the studs are too long and to be fully authentic you need
short spacers under the fixing nuts. It is assumed that Austin did not wish
to have different blocks to allow for a mechanical fuel pump being fitted
or not.
