[Healeys] Engine stand

I made a side attachment adaptor for 4 cylinder engines that I hang on one
of the arms of my 2 post hoist.

Really makes things easy as I can raise and lower and rotate the engine
easily.
Unfortunately I have not been able to feel confident that the spread of the
6 cyl engine mount bolts if adequate for this type of mount.
