[Healeys] Lawsuit Pending?

The new healthcare proposal is named American Health Care Act - AHCA.  Are there grounds for a lawsuit by the Austin-Healey Club of America - AHCA - for copyright infringement, cultural appropriation, or whatever a good lawyer can come up with these days?  

Above submitted without political, racial, sexual leanings, or any other popular adjective of the day.
No financial interest (unless it's a class action lawsuit)
