> Yes, Permatex Aviation is what I normally use. Lately I have been using the "High Tack". Use it on all gaskets and if the overdrive is apart at the brake ring do BOTH sides of the ring, but without a gasket...be careful not to get any inside the OD unit. Ignore passage in workshop manual telling you not to use sealant on ring...if you don't, it will leak.  These are 60 year old parts and they are tired.
