There seems to be some confusion regarding these horn buttons.  Talking about the adjustable type ONLY.The type referred to as 100/6 has the number "100" superimposed on a flash with a very small "6" to the right of the "100".The 3000 models had only the tiny "6".and the flash.
Hope that helps.

My question was specifically about the "6" on the horn push button of the 6 cylinder cars with adjustable steering wheels. Or the lack of a "6" on the horn push button. Do any of the concours guidelines address this? To ask it differently, was there ever an original horn push button on a 6 cylinder car with an adjustable steering wheel that did not have the "6" in the lightning bolt flash?Gary Hodson

GaryEarly 6 cylinder cars had a different horn button/trafficator switch. Although not a great one, the Moss catalog shows the different parts.  I thought I had photos available to show the differences but I could find them.Perry  Sent from Mail for Windows 10  From: warthodson--- via Healeys
