[Healeys] Healey Van? person claims it's a Healey van.

Looks like an Austin A70 van. Either a Hampshire or Hereford.
These are fitted with the 2.2 litre version of the same engine fitted to the 100. During the early 1970s I had a 2.2 litre engine in the 100 I had at the time and to keep up with everyone else it used to valve bounce all the time. Of course we were all mad as cut snakes back then.
A friend had one fitted with a BN2 engine and gearbox and it was a lot of fun to drive.
