[Healeys] New 100 Price

Hello

 

Is anyone able to tell me the cost of a new Austin-Healey 100 in June 1953
on the US East Coast including applicable taxes?

 

The Road & Track test of July 1954 lists $2,985 but there is no mention of
taxes.
