[Healeys] Trafficator

After only 66 years of service the self-cancelling feature of my
trafficator has stopped working.  In addition to repairs the bakelite could
use a restoration and I'd appreciate any references on someone who can both
rebuild/repair and refinish the unit.  Though not a requirement I would
prefer someone on the east coast but am willing to travel....
