[Healeys] ID Mystery Parts

It's the front (metal) part of the rear seat side panel.  The metal part is
attached just behind the seat.

Can someone ID the part in the two pictures attached? I found it in a box
with a bunch of old BJ-8 parts that came from the prior owner, but it could
be from another car. It's a steel plate with foam on one side and vinyl on
the other, in case that's not clear from the pictures.
