[Healeys] Seat slides

Bobs info is pretty good. Bolts are 1/4-24 unf and they have a round flat head. Originally resistance welded in place. 
Second photo is where the pins that have to be removed are located. 
There is a set of ball bearings that you should locate before taking the slides apart. The ball bearings will probably be worn or rusted so find suitable replacements and reinstall in the original locations. Need more just ask.
