[Healeys] NOS 100/4 block?

Michael Salter uses a taxi block on the car in which we did the Targa
Newfoundland, not only because of the stronger crank but because it put us
in an under 2.5-litre group in which it was easier to be competitive.
Notwithstanding the lower displacement the car was plenty fast!
