[Healeys] sprite tire size

One of the most important parameters when fitting tires others than
clearance to body panels and steering components is the designed rim width.
Check the manufactures website as it is not always the same. A did a quick
check and the approved rim width range for a typical 155/65R13 is 4.5"-5.5".
