[Healeys] raising the fulcrum point

not my work, I wish I could find the creator to give them credit. I think J
Caron sent it to mee. I hate not providing attributions. I bought the
pumpable lumbar support from EBay, but a quick check I can't find it. Also
I found that the lower hole in the seat back and the raised fulcrum, set
the seat back rake to far for my comfort.
