[Healeys] Badge Restoration

I have personal experience with Karla Maxwell of Maxwell Enamels here in
Vista California, about a 10 minute drive from me. Karla is first and
foremost a friend, a highly trained jeweler, and a badge expert who does
badges for many Pebble Beach show cars.  She has done work for me, and I
have done work for her for well over a decade.
