[Healeys] update---horn blowing on its' own

One can sometimes leave the bullitts on but they have to stagard. If there
is no wire in the tube then find something, long, heavy and around 3/16"
diameter, this should drop down the stator tube fairly easily taking a fine
thread with it. Then attach the thread to the longest bullitt wire and wrap
up the rest with very thin tape. It should then be possible to pull the
cable through.
I have seen a number of old cables that have this stagger but I suspect
that the suppliers of new cables don't always realise that there is a
reason for the bullets being staggered
