[Healeys] Speedometer repair

I'd keep the original number; since you have it documented it adds some 
value to the car IMO.  I don't know if it applies in these instances*, 
but I think there is a state law against messing with odometers (used to 
be an old trick by shady used car dealers).  I think it might even be a 
felony.

* For old cars, which have possibly had several speedo 'repairs' or 
replacements.  I took a long trip when my speedo was in the shop and 
used a backup speedo, so my BJ8 actually has 207K miles but the odo only 
shows 04000.
