Yes it can but only if your car has been converted to negative ground. You will also be required, because of its weight, to stop at all weight scale when traveling on major highways.

One drawback however, is if your trafficator is not working properly and does not return to center every time you use it, leaving your left signal to be on for several miles at a time, it may cause the flux capacitor to overheat causing your horn wires to melt but not before your horn being activated and staying on and attracting unwanted attention to yourself and your car.
