[Healeys] Healey Wind Blocker

I looked into buying/building one a couple years ago; a friend and I
until recently took a long--up to 5K miles--Healey trip every spring and
the wind battering definitely adds to fatigue.  When I discussed it with
my friend/navigator he said not to do it; getting beaten-up by the wind
was part of the 'experience.'

The hood only comes up in hard rain, and that's mostly to keep the
floorpans (relatively) dry.
