[Healeys] More on exhaust

Because of air circulation and pressure differences in and outside the 
vehicle you often get exhaust fumes entering the cabin of a car with a 
window open when driving or even when e.g. a boot seal is not 100%. 
Modern cars probably are less affected because of a better streamline. 
Elongating the tail pipes and/or bend down tips may work but is not a 
sure success.
