[Healeys] BN1 Rear Axle Stamped Info

Looking at what appears to be an early BN1 rear axle with 8/33 (4.125) ring gear. It has stepped diameter axle tubes, larger near the diff and smaller towards the hub. Stamped with the 8 and 33 on the left, upper side of tube where the u bolts are located. Also has an H with 3941 or 3911 stamped (hard to tell which number as it is stamped on top of weld splatter) adjacent to the 8 over 33. 
Question: Is the 3941 or 3911 related to the body  number on the BN1’s?
