[Healeys] Traffiator install woes

The electrical industry has a special non-oily lubricant that it uses to
minimize friction before pulling cables into ducts. First lubricate the
wiring harness. If I recall correctly it ends up feeling like talcum
powder.  Very effective. I guarantee that this would help.
