[Healeys] Dash Area Noise

I tried to inspect mine today and it's well-hidden behind the fresh air 
duct.  My car has been repainted at least twice; I'll bet someone forgot 
to re-bolt it up and let it go (there's a nut missing on the grill 
bracket as well).
