Mike,
The caliper has a metal brake line about six inches long that connects to the rubber brake hose.

Never having assembled disc brakes for a Healey 3000, let alone any big Healey, I would like to ask a question or two. Does the flexible brake line connect directly to the caliper? I see a short brake pipe with fittings in the illustrations in catalogs. Does this short brake line go between the flex line and the caliper? I might ask more questions at a later date.
