With this type of bonnet and signal light on the E-Type, it is at the very least a Series 2 which came out in 1969. If it is a 1964, well, they changed the bonnet that’s for sure.

64----sorry----but it is neither---it is a Series 2 or 3 that has had the headlight converted to covered and an odd looking conversion at that.  I'm surprised any "British Car Museum" would even post that.
