[Healeys] LED Headlights

[i erbs]

US no longer mandates. I used to joke that the law would change when
Sylvania and Gze ran out of sealed beam inventory.  I have original 1970s
Cibe H4 lights in boxes in my garage. You could by them after market back
in the day.
