[Healeys] Wiper mounting rubbers

I just went through this earlier this year. They are impossible to get into
the holes. I posted the same question and got a number of answers. The
answer that worked best for me was to cut the rubber grommet half way
through, on the side, at an angle, from top to bottom. This way you can
screw the grommet into the hole.
