Brad -

What part of the squab doesn't fit?  Is it the wood frame at the bottom
(the one with the three bolt holes / carriage nuts)?  Or is it the wood
frame at the side.  Can you share a picture of the squab frame?  Maybe if
we see that we can diagnose it for you.
