The photos really helped me understand your search issue. First I do not have the parts you are looking for. 
 The “shoulder” equals a “air vent” in the suction chamber.  Suggest you contact Burlen in UK or another SU supplier to get the real reason that some SU’s have 1 vent, some two and a bunch have no externally visible vent. Suspect that the no external vent model uses a vented cap instead.
