[Healeys] Rear wheel cylinders on a BJ8

As in many cars of the period and even later. Same on my 1974 
Jensen-Healey. I fitted even smaller cylinders at the rear and increased 
braking force by at least 25% by fitting 4-piston callipers and grooved 
discs.
