[Healeys] Lempert Steering Wheel

If it is only to centre the steering shaft there is no need to fit the 
steering wheel fully home. Before fitting the steering wheel apply some 
anti seize compound like Cupaslip on the splines.

Check for damage of the splines (shaft and wheel). Even if the steering 
wheel is fully seated it should not be too difficult to remove the 
wheel. Using a steering wheel puller is good practice and makes it an 
easy job.
