[Healeys] Sprite oil filter bits

I sourced the missing bits from my oil filter on my Sprite project and will
reinstall tomorrow. Will hopefully fire it up this weekend. Still have work
to do cleaning the float bowls and replacing the fuel filter, and whatever
else turns up.
