If you use a slurry to coat the inside of the tank there it may clog the fuel line pickup filter that is inside of the tank. Replace it.

Subject: [Healeys] Fuel tank repair?

Hi all

My fuel tank has a couple of pin-hole leaks on the underside due to rust. Is it a good idea to repair them with something like JB Weld?

Thanks
