This is *way off-topic*, so if you're offended please hit the delete key 
now.

I stayed at this place once, and have been on their email list ever 
since (2-3 emails/year, tops).  It's located on Hwy 395--one of my 
favorite Healey roads (the northern part, anyway)--in or near the 
Antelope Valley (on the east side of the Sierras, about mid-state, a 
hop-skip-and-a-jump from Stockton, though the pass is usually closed in 
winter).  The place is meticulously maintained, but the room style is 
1960s (wood paneling, etc.) unless they've remodeled.   They have annual 
activities like off-road tours, fishing competitions, etc.  I forwarded 
this on the off-chance someone on the list is looking for a retirement 
project, a change of scenery, etc., for the price of a modest 3-bedroom 
house in the Bay Area.  You'd want to get a Jeep or two to go with your 
Healeys ;)

*Location and Market:*

110437 US Hwy 395, Coleville, California. The property has excellent 
prominence on Hwy 395. Located halfway between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite 
East Gate. The beautiful ranch community of Coleville offers hikers, 
cyclists, joggers, off-roaders, anglers and horseback riders plenty of 
space to experience nature at its best. The valley is at an elevation of 
5100+/- feet above sea level and on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada.

*Lodge:*

The Meadowcliff Lodge consists of 20 rooms with 10 of them having access 
to full kitchens. Each has cable-ready televisions, individual HVAC 
units, tub/shower combinations, along with refrigerator & microwave. 
There are 5 full kitchens, each can be shared from 2 adjoining rooms. 
Units range in size between 252 and 320 square feet (+/-). All rooms 
have either beautiful pasture views, and/or valley views, all under the 
Majestic Cliffs!   All rooms are updated with newer beds, furniture and 
remodeled bathrooms.

*RV Park:*

The Coleville/Walker KOA consists of 43 full hookup RV sites with some 
up to 68’ long. Each site includes electricity, water, sewer, cable TV 
and a picnic bench. 9 of these sites were newly built in 2018. Two of 
these sites are KOA Deluxe patio sites which include a concrete patio, 
table and chairs, its own private propane BBQ and a private propane fire 
pit with chairs (these are renting very well and top dollar sites). 
Three additional sites can easily be converted to KOA Deluxe sites. 
There are four private family style bathrooms, a coin operated laundry 
room and clubhouse with kitchen. A common area pavilion with wood 
burning fire pit, table & charis, picnic benches, propane BBQ and grassy 
area adjoin the RV building.

*Amenities:*

A 1500+/- sq. ft. Managers unit with 2 bedrooms (3^rd is possible) and 2 
bathrooms updates include dual pane windows, paint, private backyard and
