[Healeys] radiator caps

I got a buck says the Napa cap is made by Stant.  At any rate, both are 
known--mostly--for decent quality.

Note the issue with Healey caps is the neck of the rad is a 
non-standard, longish length (inch-and-a-quarter or thereabouts).
