[Healeys] Used knock-offs

Drill a hole in the center of the knock off.  Get a threaded coupler that
will fit the threaded end of the grease cap in the front hub.  Insert a
threaded rod to the other end of the coupler.  Pass the threaded rod
through the hole in the knock off and tighten the knock off on the hub.
Then run a nut down the threaded rod until it contacts the knock off.
Continue turning the nut clockwise and it will pull the grease cap off.
