[Healeys] windshield seal

i have done this about six times.  early healeys no problem, bj7s and 8s are a PITA.  can be done alone, but so much easier 
with two guys, one feeding the new seal and one making sure it does not pop out at the rounded corners while pulling the 
seal.  next to putting on a top this is the job i dread most.  i also stretch the new seal from a height and clamp a weight on 
the bottom to get all the kinks from shipping out of the rubber.  be prepared for some new cuss words.
