Bob Yule at Autofarm Austin-Healey in Ontario makes them:

I have one for my BJ8 (which I actually won at a Healey meet a couple of years ago – thanks for the donation Bob) – it works quite well. They are in the throes of revising the web-site, I couldn’t find it with a real quick look. If you have trouble, give him a call – he’s always been a great help to everyone on the ‘phone.
Cheers,

Subject: [Healeys] Healey travelling garage
I have seen a few cars fitted with what I call a "traveling garage"--a cover that goes over the erected top and fastens via snaps or otherwise to the doors, etc. The skirt is just long enough to keep rain out of the car when parked overnight.
Does anyone know if they are an off-the-shelf item and if so a source for same?
