[Healeys] Interesting (?) Photos

Come to think of it, I had the same issue on my very first vehicle (1976 Chevyvan) after a long drive in hot weather.  The van would have to sit for 1/2 then would start as if nothing happened.

As to the pictures, these were taken after a short drive (5 miles or so), and of course the bonnet was up for a few minutes.  Different conditions than a long drive on a hot day so I'm thinking the pictures would likely show different.

Both my BJ8 and BN2 will stumble for a mile or so after being shut down 
hot on a hot day and restarted within a half-hour hour or so.  Big $$$ 
on ceramic coat for the exhaust manifold didn't help much, if at all.  
As soon as the temps come down the stumbling stops, so I can live with 
it.  I think it's due to fuel boiling in the carb bowls, or maybe the 
proverbial 'vapor lock.'
