[Healeys] Another Odd Part

I'm also stumped on this throttle shaft.
I thought the NOS one was was for a tri-carb but, when I pulled an original
from stock the NOS (lower) is shorter and doesn't have the spring stop on
it.

Can anyone identify it for me?
