[Healeys] No start

Fuel pump doesn't run, so that suggests it isn't the solenoid.... hence the
suggestion to clean battery terminals.

Dirty battery terminals can put forward all sorts of weird symptoms, I've
learned that if the electrical problem is confusing, clean the battery
terminals first.
