[Healeys] 2 3/16 Hub Nut Socket

I have a hub nut socket for an 8 sided axle nut but the measurement stamped on it is 2 13/64 which is very close to 2 3/16. It is for sale.

Where can I get a 2 3/16th hub nut socket for the 8 sided axle nut?  I also understand this nut should be torqued down to 180+ ftlb of torque.
