[Healeys] Tires 165 HR 15 Tire King made in China

I put Nexens--Korean, I believe--on our 100M; it was the only brand 
available at the time in the 'correct' size (165/80R15). They've been OK 
so far, but I haven't had them in the wet.  Oh, they were about $40/per 
at WalMart.
