These generator end plates are quite common and I've purchased plenty of them NOS off of eBay over the years.

You're specifically looking for a "Bracket or frame, commutator end" or try this in an eBay search "Lucas generator commutator end plate or bracket"  NOS good, as I find these for sale quite often. 

The Lucas part no. for a 22456A/D or a 22383A/B/D generator is 239266.
