[Healeys] Radio, changing from positive ground to negative ground?

The problem with these radio's usually is that they are AM only. I do 
have several AM/FM radio's of the period in proper working condition, 
even pre All Transistor ones from before ca. 1960 that have transistors 
and tubes combined.
