I don’t know how much it weighs but I used my engine hoist to get it on.

 

Maybe someday I can use the hoist to get it off…

This may seem like a silly question...

 How much does  a bare frame weigh and how do you get it on and off the stands? It has to weigh more after attaching suspension and other bits.
